Pool Renovation & Landscaping, Carmel, NY

Scope of work: Replacement of existing pool panel with new 60amp rated panel, installation of new bonding for pool and all pool equipment. Relocation and installation of brand new controllable low voltage landscaping lighting.

Scope of work: New construction of two floor residential home with brand new appliances and smart home control system. New service install of 200 amp Leviton Smart Panel system. Septic pump install with garage door controls. Recessed lighting fixtures, and outlets installed through entire residential home.

Garage Renovation & Interior Lighting, Tuckahoe, NY

Scope of work: Renovation of entire garage which included the relocation of generator load shed control boxes for new foundation and garage door opener. Installation of under cabinet lighting in laundry room and addition of new receptacles throughout various residential rooms. Installation of bathroom, mud room, garage, 2nd floor and laundry room lighting/appliances.

Scope of work: This quick project involved the connection and wiring of a brand new HVAC system outside of a residential home. This requires the installation of new dedicated circuits for the A/C, new disconnect switches, and installation of new thermostat within the residence.

Extra Space Storage, Carmel, NY

Scope of work: Renovation of existing warehouse two story commercial storage facility. Project involved design build architecture to include installation of all lighting and power, new MDP and underground service equipment. Installed building systems included Mechanical RTU’s, Elevator systems/ lighting controls for parking lot pole lighting and wall packs. Additional Gate systems added for security purposes.

Power Data Logging Fahnestock State Park

Scope of work: This project involved power data logging performed with Fluke 1775 Power Quality analyzers on underground utility infrastructure, including; incoming service to the park, salt storage building, DOT maintenance building, and comfort station. Power Quality study was to perform load calculations to verify increased electrical loads for new future buildings.

Scope of work: These projects involved the analysis of the facilities electrical distribution system to assess potential hazardous conditions that may be associated with arc flash events. Potential arc flash incidents are assessed and rated on their severity based on system design and operating conditions.
